Well, I need to restart my yoga challenge, lol. Once I got back to mom's Wednesday night, it's been lounge and lax city. I haven't done much of anything (even blogging), so I have to get back to my normal workout routine. So it's back to my Tabata and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts to ensure I get a good dose of cardio. So along with yoga, which I will do in the evenings, I have to incorporate at least 10 minutes of Tabata/HIIT workouts. So of course, I have already prepared some workouts for myself that will torch fat, build muscle, and get me back to my lean, mean self. Bring it on!
