Bridge variation, this is one of my favorite yoga poses
I've decided to do a week long yoga challenge. I don't have to do any extreme cardio or HIIT workouts, just yoga. Lately, my life has been very crazy, and the only thing that will reset it is going back to my old faithful. So what's challenge? It's only 30 minutes of yoga a day. I will make it easy for myself and do it in the mornings (lol, that's a challenge in and of itself). Hopefully, I will be back to my zen-ful self soon.
