Pin of the Day: Butt Workout Routine

Trust this won't be a new thing, but I just love this pin! I finished the workout and I am exhausted. Of course, per my rules yesterday, most of this was HIT based (I turned the squats and lunges into jump squats and lunges). But, my butt muscles are sore, and I know that I will be sore later today and tomorrow. Plus my workout isn't even done. I've got upper body to do courtesy of Jackie Warner's Power Circuit DVD. So here it, the pin of the day. And seriously, try this, your butt will thank you!
