5 No-Equipment Workout Routines

Everyone has excuses when it comes to working out, and I am no exception. Some days, I'm just not in the mood, and what is my go to excuse...I don't want to use equipment. Yup, even though I have a jump rope and weights in my apartment, some days, I just don't feel like using them. So I took to Pinterest to find some super effective workouts that require absolutely no equipment, and of course, I wasn't disappointed. So, here it is, 5 no-equipment workouts. 

I did this workout last night, and let me tell you, it is very intense. It's a great cardio workout routine that can easily replace a run. Perfect for this cold, winter weather when you don't want to go outside.

I tried this workout awhile ago, and it is also really intense, but adds in some body weight exercises. Don't worry about the block, it's nice to have, but not necessary. I did my workout without it.

With winter around the corner, this is the perfect workout routine for women. Cardio to burn fat and strength exercises for a toned physique. It will get you bikini ready in no time. Oh, and this is also a really intense one. I was soaked in sweat and out of breathe after I finished.

If you haven't figured it out by now, I love Pop Sugar workouts. More body weight than cardio, this workout is great for building muscle and sculpting a toned physique.

I know it says this abs workout requires a jump rope...but don't worry. But don't worry, you can replace them with squats or high knees. And the weights, either nix them all together or grab a heavy book or a bottle of water. Don't let the equipment restrict you from getting active!
