I'm keeping it nice and simple this month. I just started a new job, so I want to focus on that instead of waking up at 5am to figure out what kind of workout I'm doing. So whatever I can do in 30 minutes, whether it's a jog, a workout dvd, or some random tabata circuit, that's what it will be. Oh, and did I mention I'm going to have to wake up at 5am. It's all good though, just means I'll have to go to bed early.
Oh, and if you're wondering why yoga is missing on Halloween, it's because there's a decent likelihood that I may be in New York City. We'll see, but I just left it open.
