Herbal essences naked cleansing conditioner and organix nourishing coconut milk conditioner

I was at my mom's this past weekend, and wanted to wash my hair before going back to DC. Because I don't have my usual arsenal of natural hair products, I generally just wash with some black soap I keep there and whatever conditioner my mom has in the closet. I saw she had a big bottle of Organix Nourishing Coconut Milk Conditioner, and decided to use it, even though I've never tried Organix products before. Let me tell you, I am glad I tried it because this stuff left my hair super soft, which is perfect for detangling. It took me a quick 5 minutes to detangle my hair with my denman, when normally I have to work a lot slower to prevent ripping out knots. But this stuff melted the knots and detangles away. And what's even better is that for this size of a bottle, it's only $5.

There's only one other cheapie conditioner that works this way, and that's Herbal Essences Naked Cleansing Conditioner. My cowash for the middle of the week, it also melts away knots and tangles so well, that I am actually able to finger detangle and have no left over knots in my hair.

So if you still haven't found a conditioner to detangle with, I highly recommend these two gems!
