  1. I love aloe vera when you mix it in your leave-in, it deeply moisturises and the curls pop so well.

  2. WHat kind of aloe vera juice and gel do you use? I am using Fruit of the earth for both right now, but I was wondering if you have had flaking or drying issues with these. My hair didn't break much when applying my aloe vera and water mix followed up by coconut oil, but it has been breaking. I am wondering what I'm doing wrong. I also use Cantu leave in which has aloe vera, but I don't use it daily since it leaves white residue.

    1. I use Skin Gel aloe vera gel (link at the bottom). I get it from Whole Foods, but you can get it from Amazon. It's more expensive, but I find that it feels so much more moisturizing. Plus, like you said with Fruit of the Earth flaking because that's my experience, it doesn't flake. I can use it with any of my products no problem.

  3. I usually use a homemade hair mask to nourish my hair naturally. It’s made of olive oil and aloe vera gel. You can mix both of them with the same amount, then apply this mixture on your scalp. Leave it about 20 minutes, then rinse it off with water and shampoo your hair. This recipe will make your hair softer and healthier after several times using.
