A few months ago, my mom gave me an insulated water bottle, and oh my gosh, it has greatly upped my water intake. Fun fact about me, I like to drink water very warm (strange, I know). So if it's cold, or even room temperature, I often have to force myself to drink it, meaning that I'll only drink about one, maybe two, glasses a day. But with my new insulated water bottle, I drink about a half gallon a day, which is really good, especially for me. Hooray!

So, if you also like to drink water at a particular temperature, whether hot or cold, get yourself an insulated water bottle. There's a lot on the market, but many new ones will keep beverages hot for 12 hours and cold for 24 hours. If you still have difficulty drinking water, consider these other ways to up your water intake.
  1. Eat More Water-Rich Foods: Eat more water-rich fruits and vegetables, like  cucumber, watermelon, grapefruit, and zucchini
  2. Fruit-Infused Water: Add fruits, like strawberries and pineapples, to water for a light, sweet taste
  3. Sparkling Water: Like the bubbly? Sparkling water gives you the carbonation without the calories
  4. Tea: If you're avoiding caffeine, opt for herbal teas, like hibiscus, chamomile, and peppermint
